in Egypt and later attended college in the United Kingdom, where he
obtained a degree in civil engineering in 1989. Throughout his career, Ghanem contributed to over 150 real estate projects in the Arab Region
and spearheaded successful real estate development ventures in Lebanon, Morocco, and the UAE. Among his notable achievements are the design and construction of medical villages, hospitals, palaces, commercial destinations.
